H2K Fitness is located in the heart of downtown Frisco at 6690 Main St, Suite C. We offer two unique studio rooms that host a wide variety of class styles from pilates to strength training. With over 3,100 square feet of space, it was designed to facilitate our community of members while not feeling overwhelmingly large like the big box gyms. In addition to the two studios, we also provide shower facilities for men and women and offer supplements and designer workout gear for those interested.
