Wellhub AI is your personal concierge for all things wellbeing. Whether you're trying to move more, sleep better, stress less, or simply take a moment for yourself, it’s here to help — with suggestions and support tailored to your life.

You might ask Wellhub AI to help plan your week, discover new workouts nearby, or recommend a quick wellness break when your day gets chaotic. It’s proactive, science-based, and focused on progress, not perfection.

About Wellhub AI

Wellhub AI is being built in collaboration with behavioral scientists, UX researchers, AI experts - and, of course, our users. The goal? Make wellbeing more accessible, more personal, and more actionable — every day.

Under the hood, it blends user preferences, behavior change theory, and context (like your schedule, the weather that day or check-in history) to offer truly personalized suggestions. No one-size-fits-all advice here — expect tailored recommendations, tips, and ideas to boost your wellbeing routine.

It’s still early days, and we’re learning alongside you. But so far, early users are more consistent with their routines and more likely to explore new wellbeing options available through their Wellhub plan. The more people use Wellhub AI, the better it gets at predicting what responses might be helpful.

We partnered with leading academic researchers to co-develop Wellhub AI using evidence-based approaches to motivation, habit formation, and goal setting. Together, we’re exploring what it really takes to make healthier choices easier — and stickier — in everyday life.
