That’s why we’ve added a feature that gives you the flexibility to decide exactly when your employees receive their Wellhub invitations. Whether you want to line up invites with a big internal announcement, avoid busy periods, or simply make planning easier, you now have the control to do it your way.
 

💡 How it works

Step 1: Upload your eligibility file
👉 After upload, you’ll have the option to choose a send date.
👉 If you do, invites won’t go out until that date.
👉 If you don’t, Smart Invites will send automatically after upload.

Step 2: Pick your date and time
Choose when you want your first invites to kick off—up to 30 days in advance.

You’re done!
From there, invites go out automatically on the day you set. After the first send, Smart Invites continue running in the background, giving employees timely nudges based on their journey with Wellhub.
