Wellhub CEO Cesar Carvalho and Tennis Legend Andre Agassi Challenge "Hustle Culture" at SHRM25 Keynote
Last Updated Jul 1, 2025

Industry leaders to share new insights on rethinking work, wellness, performance, and the bottom line
Wellhub joins SHRM as the Official Health & Wellness Content Track Sponsor
SAN DIEGO — June 16, 2025 — Wellhub, the leading global corporate wellness platform, announces its role as the Official Health & Wellness Content Track Sponsor of SHRM25, where it will partner with tennis icon and philanthropist Andre Agassi to challenge conventional views on work, wellness, and performance.
At a time where 93% of CEOs report excellent or good overall wellbeing, only 63% of employees say the same, Wellhub and Agassi will address critical issues like "hustle culture" and the need for a more strategic approach to employee wellbeing.
"I’m excited to speak with a true legend, Andre Agassi and share with the HR community how we can redefine 'winning' by linking employee wellbeing to true performance,” said Cesar Carvalho, CEO, Wellhub. "We'll share how to build a resilient workforce through strategic, not just symbolic, wellness, moving beyond perks to building a culture where engaged, healthy employees drive business performance."
Agassi, an eight-time Grand Slam champion, will join Carvalho for a powerful mega-session on Monday, June 30, titled "Winning Well: Rethinking Performance, Purpose, and Wellness at Work." This session will delve into redefining "winning" in the corporate world, advocating for wellbeing as a requirement—not a reward, and exploring the hidden costs of unchecked performance cultures. Agassi plans to share his experiences with early-career pressure and the emotional toll of the global spotlight to provide a compelling call to action for reshaping workplace norms.
