Aura Lagree Studio

We are the only Lagree studio in the west of Scotland! Lagree is NOT Pilates! Lagree is a high intensity low impact workout on the megaformer. The goal is to build strength and muscular endurance through slow movements, time under tension, and progressive overload. Lagree has the power to give real physical results and increased core strength. The method has Hollywood in a choke hold, and now you can do Lagree in Hillington! Who is Lagree for? - you’ve been going to reformer Pilates but are looking for more intensity - you want to compliment your existing strength training routine by building core strength which allows you to lift heavy and hit your personal bests - you want to begin strength training, but find gyms intimidating - you get niggling injuries from weight training so want to try something with lower impact - you understand the benefits of strength training for your future self as you age Each of our classes are 45 minutes long and guided by a certified Lagree instructor who will ensure correct form for maximum results.
