The Pilates Sphere

Welcome to The Pilates Sphere. A boutique reformer Pilates studio in the heart of Richmond, London. Our studio is a calm, spacious, light-filled environment designed to help you move, focus and reset - a serene space away from the pace of everyday life. We offer five distinct classes: Beginners Reformer Pilates, Beginner to Intermediate Reformer Pilates, Intermediate Reformer Pilates, Advanced Reformer Pilates, and Stretch Reformer Pilates - allowing you to progress at your own pace. Grip socks are required for all classes for hygiene and safety. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your class. For safety reasons, we’re unable to admit new clients once a class has started. Please note our Intermediate & Advanced Intermediate Reformer classes are not suitable for complete beginners, pregnant clients, or anyone experiencing pain or with injuries Come and find the perfect class for you.
