Salt Studios

Salt Studios is a welcoming space for movement, connection, and wellbeing. Located between Richmond and East Twickenham, we offer inclusive classes and community-focused events designed to support both body and mind. With 3 separate beautiful spaces, you are sure to find what you need here! Our largest studio fits 20 and is used for large movement classes and sound baths, we have a smaller LED equipped room for healing and grounding yin yoga and a third dedicated reiki and treatment room! Whether you're looking to move, unwind, or connect with others, Salt Studios is a place to feel grounded, inspired, and at home.
