A heart-pumping, fist-bumping combination of dance, cardio, and toning set to an all rock and metal soundtrack featuring iconic tracks that compel you to move! Make sure you arrive 10 minutes early if it's your first class so we can make sure all the paperwork is completed. All fitness levels welcome!
