We’re a family-owned, female majority-owned local CrossFit gym in the heart of downtown Des Moines, Iowa. We coach and lead group fitness classes using the CrossFit methodology, constantly varied functional movements performed at a high intensity. We are inclusive to all ways of life and want to help everyone reach their full potential, whether a seasoned athlete or a grandparent keeping up with their grandkids.
