GYMPODS Putney is a boutique fitness space offering fully private, bookable PODs. The concept, named ClassPass ‘Best 5 Gym UK 2023’ and described by Men’s Fitness as “the solution to gym-timidation”, is designed for focused training without crowds. Choose Strength, Power, Pilates Reformer or Cardio PODs featuring Peloton Bike+, Echelon treadmill or StairMaster. Each POD is exclusively yours for the session. Train solo or with a buddy.. Private showers, gym café and on-site team. Choose from our signature Strength PODs or the Power, Holistic Pilates Reformer or Cardio PODs. Cycle has all the benefits of the commercial grade Peloton Bike+ but without the membership cost, Run is powered by Echelon on-demand classes and StairMaster POD. We're fully staffed with a gym cafe, fibre wi-fi, USB A+C points, private showers, drinking water point, full AC and ventilation system, 100% biodegradable anti-bacterial wipes and DDA compliant. You need to book to attend the activities. There are no Instructors leading classes at GYMPODS. Towel hire available for £1.75, bring your own shower gel/etc. Buddy fee is an extra £7.00 each session (payable at reception), free buddy every Friends-day Wednesday.
