Welcome to Breathe and Move - Pilates with Rudi! Rudi, is a Level 3 Matwork Pilates Teacher, based in Bromley (BR1). Qualified to teach matwork classes in the Body Control Pilates Method. Pilates Classes run every Saturday at Buchan Hall, St Mary’s Bromley Church House, 61 College Rd, Bromley, BR1 3QG. Starting Saturday, 18th April 2026.
