Krav Maga training to develop your capacity to defend yourself and others; alongside combat fitness training designed to forge you into a force of nature. Our overriding commitment is to your safety above all else. That said, we encourage our members to push themselves and each other to make progress; mindful of the fact that they must also love the process. Krav Maga classes should be serious, sometimes intense, but also a lot of fun.
