You can come with or without your baby - but regardless, we focus on you! - Prenatal yoga and relaxation class: 6-7 PM. Join a welcoming, relaxed and down to earth prenatal yoga class and meet local mamas to be. Incorporating elements of hypnobirthing, and birth prep. Absolute beginners very welcome.
