Practice with Ella

Practice With Ella offers high-energy, dynamic yoga and movement in the heart of Shipley, Yarn Studio spaces. Created by dance artist and yoga teacher Ella Tighe, the classes combine RocketBeats yoga, strength and flexibility drills, inversions, and a dance influence. It’s yoga, but not as you know it, a mindful workout with a strong focus on skill-building. Classes are designed to complement each other, with RocketBeats for focused flow and skills-based sessions to progress specific techniques.
