Join Lark Pilates for Mat Pilates, Saturday Mornings 9AM @ The Picture House, West Norwood Lark Pilates was founded through a collaboration of highly experienced and respected South London teachers. Rooted in the local community, we are committed to building genuine connections and supporting students in finding freedom, strength, and confidence in their bodies. Using core Pilates repertoire, these Mat classes also combine functional strength, flexibility and breathing techniques. Exercises will be presented with beginner to advanced options to meet each clients need with individual modifications given for injury. All levels are welcome.
