Welcome to Nicole Arend Pilates, I run a friendly, dynamic Pilates mat and reformer classes in Herne Hill and West Norwood. My classes are flowing and small so that clients still receive individual attention. Equipment including stretch bands, over balls, magic circles and hand weights is often incorporated to add variety, assist certain exercises or to add challenge to others. 1:1s are held in my studio and make use of the Reformer, Wunda chair and Tower to help achieve specific needs or goals.
