Based on the traditional Pilates repertoire as set by Joseph Pilates, our dynamic Reformer Pilates classes have a creative and contemporary twist to keep you challenged, engaged and motivated. With class sizes limited to 6, our small group Reformer studio allows our experienced teachers to offer you individual attention, focus, and modifications to match your level helping you maximize the benefits of your Pilates practice. Reformer allows a low-impact high-intensity full body workout that will challenge your strength, mobility, stability, and stamina.
