Becontree Heath Leisure Centre in Dagenham has a range of facilities that you can take advantage of. The centre has two pools in which you can enjoy a variety of aquatic activities, including our award-winning swimming lessons. Furthermore, the 100-station gym is packed with all the latest equipment, while the sports hall plays host to a whole range of different activities.
