You will learn some warm-up moves to mobilise and stretch the body, then go to the main exercises and finish with some stretching and relaxation. Firstly you will learn to find neutral spine, and posture set up and learn how important it is to breathe with lateral breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth. Stabilising the shoulders and core (how to activate the pelvic floor muscles) I will modify and adapt any exercises for injuries, medical conditions joint replacements & spinal issues.
