Breeze Yoga is a wellness sanctuary in the heart of Beckenham renowned for providing exceptional Yoga, Hot Yoga, Pilates, Reformer and Barre classes, as well as a host of workshops, training courses and retreats. We have been leading the way in Yoga for over 14 years in Beckenham, witnessing fantastic growth and transformation in our students, many of whom are now very experienced and devoted practitioners. We recently expanded our wellness offering by introducing a wide range of Holistic Therapies, and a brand new Barre & Reformer Pilates Studio. Our beautiful, purpose built space, boasts a Hot Yoga studio with a sophisticated temperature controlled heating system, set up to keep the room at a consistent heat between 35- 40 °C, whilst also providing fresh air circulation, giving students the best possible experience. There is also a Traditional Yoga Studio making Breeze the largest Yoga studio in the area.
