We tailor our approach to any age and ability, and offer anything from dedicated One-to-One AND Two-to-One coaching, Children’s Group Lessons, Adult Group Coaching AND SwimFit classes. Adult Group Coaching sessions are ideal for more beginner to inprover level swimmers, getting more experience under your belt, learning new skills, keeping your fitness levels up, and meeting some friendly like-minded folk. Adult SwimFit Classes: Blending cardio and strength training exercises, with challenging swimming drills, SwimFit is designed to improve strength and stamina, in and out of the swimming pool.
