We tailor our approach to any age and ability, and offer anything from dedicated 1-1 coaching, to adult group sessions. Wellhub members can join our adult group swimming classes. Adult Group Sessions are ideal for getting more experience under your belt, keeping your fitness levels up, and meeting some friendly like-minded folk. Adult SwimFit Classes: Blending cardio and strength training exercises, with challenging swimming drills, Swimfit is designed to improve strength and stamina, in and out of the swimming pool. Please be aware, this class is for confident swimmers and isn't suitable for beginners.
