We are unique boutique style studio in vibrant Waukee! Our team of experienced instructors lead a variety of classes in yoga and barre fitness. We aren't just a workout...we're a COMMUNITY! All ages, all genders, all experience levels are welcome and encouraged! Class temps range from non heated to warm to HOT and we're excited to have you join us! Ours temps are rising, ARE YOU?!
