Our gym comes equipped with all the latest equipment to help you achieve your fitness goals, while we also offer a full programme of group exercise sessions designed to meet a wide range of needs and abilities. We also offer dance classes, while our spacious sports hall plays host to football, short tennis, badminton and table tennis sessions. Furthermore, we also have a soft play area and creche facilities for children, while our on-site cafe offers a variety of food and drink.
