Join Ashley for weekly 50 minute yoga sessions at Colony Silk Street, Ancoats: - Tuesdays 6:30 PM - Thursdays 7AM In the summer classes take place on the rooftop of Colony, One silk street (weather permitting). In Winter sessions run Indoors at Colony, One Silk Street. Think 7am on a perfect Thursday morning. Think stretching your body after a hard week. Think rooftop yoga! After class, feel free to join us for a drink or coffee. All mats are provided - just turn up and enjoy.
