A friendly welcoming reception opens to our studio consisting of 19 Rowformers. Enjoy a pre and post stretch in the recovery area, as well as a cold Eucalyptus-soaked towel after every session. STRONG Leicester provides you with an ultimate workout experience, guided by our passionate, personable and professional trainers, helping you achieve a stronger mind and stronger body. Each class is 45-minutes focusing on either upper body, lower body, core, obliques or a combination of them all.
