Here are some important details to help you prepare for your visit: What to Bring: Your reservation on your screen A water bottle to stay hydrated (vending machine & water fountain available) A towel for personal use and to wipe down equipment (£2 bathroom towel hire) What to Wear: Comfortable workout attire (e.g., shorts, leggings, t-shirts, or tank tops) Appropriate footwear (e.g., trainers or running shoes) Additional Information: Passes can only be used during our manned hours and cannot overrun, these are from (09:00-20:00 Monday - Friday & 09:00-15:00 Saturday) Personal lockers are available for your phone, keys wallet/purse. Our private bathrooms and shower facilities are open, so you can freshen up before or after your workout.
