Our small group coaching allows a fully coached session in every session, where you can train in confidence. Whether you've trained for years or you are brand new - you will be encouraged and feel inspired to give what you can, while always taking into account how you're feeling that day. All we ask is that you show up and get involved. My goal to bridge a gap I knew was there when it comes to health, fitness and mindset is what drives me every single day to work as hard as I can, to educate, empower and inspire anyone that walks through my doors. Creating a safe space for women in a small group coaching environment was extremely important to me, as I've seen over the years on numerous occasions women feel uncomfortable and unwelcome in gyms because they predominantly would have been male dominated environment. If I can encourage and inspire a woman to work hard on herself, for herself, to become the best version of herself, a version she didn't even know was possible - then my job is done.
