PLUM Islington is located on the ground floor of the Grade I listed Waterside Estate on Wharf Road. We pride ourselves on providing excellent Pilates workouts. Our studio are equipped with world-leading Merrithew apparatus that have been thoughtfully designed, researched and developed to provide the best experience and feedback for your body. We offer Reformer and Tower classes all week long. Founded by a classically-trained Pilates teacher, our roots are deeply ingrained in the Pilates method.
