Hot Lotus is a dedicated Hot Yoga and Pilates studio based in Stockport offering a range of heated and unheated classes to the local community. With classes suitable for beginners to more advanced the studio offers “Real Yoga and Pilates for real people”. We offer unique heated classes suitable for all levels of ability designed to transform you both physically and mentally. Hot Lotus has a purpose-built studio featuring state-of-the-art heating equipment, sound and lighting as well as well-appointed public areas, toilets, changing rooms and showers. Situated on the second floor of Pear Mill, a Grade II listed Mill, which is a vibrant and bustling location complete with vintage emporium and fabulous tea rooms. It has excellent transportation links, being less than 5 minutes from the M60 and has the advantage of ample free and secure parking on site as well as good public transport links.
