Welcome to The Yoga Sloth, we understand that every body is different—and that every body moves differently. That’s why we want to support our students unique path and practice, meeting people where they are and encouraging growth at their own pace. Through our own practice, we have experienced how movement, breath, and stillness. can create space for clarity, strength, and inner peace. We take yoga seriously, but we don’t take ourselves too seriously. While our teaching is rooted in depth and integrity, we hold space with warmth, lightness, and the occasional laugh—because joy is part of the practice too.
