Located in Cwmbran, Polarity Wellbeing Centre is where Yoga, Wellbeing and Recovery meet in synergy. We offer group yoga classes, recovery experiences and small group training in a welcoming, community focused environment. Our classes are intentionally kept small to ensure personal attention and a high quality experience. You'll find an outdoor shower and comfortable relaxation area with soft lighting and cushions. In warmer months, we also host classes outside in our wellness garden. Indoors you’ll find a private gym, available for private bookings or through our exclusive gloveup or small group PT sessions, limited to a maximum of five people per class. Our cosy 12 person yoga studio is fully equipped with props and equipment to support a wide range of practices, from Yin and Restorative Yoga to Ashtanga and Rocket Yoga. We also have a dedicated recovery room, where guests can enjoy 45-minute infrared sauna sessions or relax with our pressotherapy recovery boots. Alongside our regular classes and recovery sessions, we host monthly soundbaths, workshops and retreats, creating a space for people to reset, recover and reconnect.
