Welcome to The ChickBox - Coaching by Women, for Women. Stronger together. For over a decade, ChickBox has empowered women in Eastbourne with award-winning small group coaching and a 360° approach to wellbeing. We believe women deserve more than just a workout. Here, women build strong foundations and lifelong strength, inside and out. Our expert all-female coaching team supports women at every stage of life through strength training, nutrition, menopause support, and pre/postnatal coaching. Every coach began as a ChickBox member, so they truly understand our supportive, community-driven approach. We’re passionate about helping women in Eastbourne move well, feel strong, and thrive for life, with guidance that’s friendly, knowledgeable and rooted in real experience.
