At Phoenix Fitness Edinburgh our mission is to motivate, educate and guide our community of members through their health and fitness journey, enabling them to achieve their goals. Every fitness level is valued here. We tailor workouts to individual needs, ensuring adaptability, inclusivity, and care for past injuries. Wellhub members can access the small group training workouts. These are 30 minute workouts that run everyday. The small-group fitness classes allow you to workout alongside like-minded people who are striving towards the same targets as yourself. You’ll receive expert knowledge and guidance from our certified trainers as well as the added bonus of encouragement and team-work within a group environment.
