Owners, Kat & James Bradshaw, originally from Yorkshire, are experienced Personal Trainers, with both a Military and Sport Specific background. The perfect recipe for tough, yet varied and fun Bootcamps. At The Norwich Fitness Academy, we believe that fitness should be accessible to everyone, no matter your age, background or fitness level. We take pride in being family-run and strive to create a welcoming, supportive community for all our members.
