Welcome to Studio22! All our sessions are coached. Personal trainers deliver every session. Classes include: Strength & Conditioning, MetCon, HYROX-weights, metcon and Simulation. Clients and coaches compete in HYROX events, can we tempt you to join? Kickboxing, Calisthenics, Post Natal and Kids MMA classes too. Our premium coaching program: Small Group PT (SGPT) include a max of 8 participants, coach facilitating the session, personalised planning, body stats and regular reviews on progress. Our strength is our community feel, we are friendly and welcoming and know you by name. We have a large indoor venue. We are a child friendly space – we have a buggy area and a play area for little ones. Oh and top tier coaches, awesome music and vibes! See you in session!
