Welcome to High Vibe For over 15 years, we’ve been helping people in East Dulwich feel stronger, healthier, and more confident through our unique blend of Pilates Springboard Reformer and strength training with the use of vibration therapy. We specialise in small-group training, with a maximum of: 4 people per strength session 4 people per Pilates Reformer class This allows us to give you the attention and support of personal training, while keeping the energy and motivation of a group class.
