In their stunning Aldgate studio, Victus Soul offer a number of different workouts including STRENGTH REFORMER, HIIT&RUN, HIIT&BOX, STRENGTH and RUN. Each class includes meticulous programming, the best music and our signature recovery. Whichever class you choose, functional fitness, primal movements and the key principles of boxing, running and strength training are at the core of their programming. This formula promotes a results-driven, dynamic and varied workout with a science-based active recovery to ensure participants can train for tomorrow. Enjoy our Therabody station post workout for that extra bit of TLC and recovery. Get ready to embark on a journey that will see you discovering new limits. STRENGTH REFORMER? Everyone participating in our reformer classes must wear grip socks. Please bring your own or you can purchase a pair from our FOH team @ £10 HIIT&BOX? Everyone participating in HIIT&BOX classes must wear mitts or wraps under their boxing gloves. Please bring your own or you can purchase a pair from our FOH team @ £5. Boxing gloves are provided free of charge. LATE? If you are not checked in at reception and ready by the time your session starts, you will not be allowed into the studio, this is to ensure the safety of all session participants. FIRST TIMERS must arrive 10 minutes prior to class and be downstairs outside the studio 5 minutes before class as you will need to complete an induction 5 minutes before the class starts.
