Classes run at the Stenson Studio: Monday: - Postnatal Yoga (babies welcome): 10-10.45AM - Toddler Yoga (1.5–4 years): 10.15–11AM - Mum & Baby Yoga (7mths - 18mths): 1-1.45pm - Pregnancy Yoga: 6:00–7:30 PM & 7:45–9:15 PM (90 mins) Thursday: - Mum & Baby Yoga (3 months+): 10:00–11:00 AM - Baby Massage (0-5mths): 11.30AM-12.30PM Classes are intimate, with just six mums per session, allowing for personalised guidance and a supportive, community-focused atmosphere.
