Welcome to a beautiful, both energising and calming Practice taught by Astanga Yoga Teacher Roberta Giannotti. At Astanga Yoga Here, you will learn the Original method of Yoga taught the Traditional way. ​​​It is the way in which Teacher Roberta Giannotti learned yoga from her Guru in Mysore, India many years ago and which she passes on in exactly the same way today.​ Classes run Wednesday - Friday Mornings at Archway Central Hall Methodist Church. Start anytime between 6:30am to 8:30am (we close at 9am). Duration approx 1 hour for beginners. Mysore style is the traditional method in which Ashtanga is taught. Students are instructed one on one, at their own pace in a group setting Suitability: All levels welcome. Beginners welcome at these face-to-face classes.
