We recommend bringing a small towel, water, and a pair of socks with you to class 🙏 Skip moisturising the night before / on class day to ensure a solid grip on the pole ❗Remember, no jewellery, and tape up what can't be removed For Choreo classes: Knee pads necessary, Pole Heels optional. Pack your pole wear, leggings/joggers – perfect for non-grippy pole routines, small towel, water, and your favourite grip aids, if you have heel protectors we recommend using these in classes.
