A wellbeing hub that draws on Salima’s diverse background as a dancer, teacher, fitness coach, and mother, Salima offers a purposely designed well-being experience for women and children. Through movement and relaxation, she aims to enhance both body and mind, creating a welcoming space for exercise, dance, and holistic well-being, fostering a community for transformative growth. WHERE? Located in the heart of Sutton Coldfield, Studio 27 can be found on Boldmere Road and offers designated off-street parking. WHY? Stripping it down to its core essence, Salima’s initial work vision stemmed from her own struggles with mental health. In her quest for support and comfort, she discovered the importance of fitness. Embracing the mantra “Active Body Healthy Mind,” which is now the name of Salima’s company, along with her passion for dance, she uncovered a sanctuary where she could let go, feel liberated, and smile.
