At Novi Wellness, we blend mindful movement, Pilates, yoga, and breathwork to help you build strength, balance, and calm in both body and mind. Our classes are welcoming, uplifting and designed to meet you where you are, whether you’re brand new or experienced. You need to book to attend the activities. We are a small, boutique 8-mat studio, so classes fill up quickly. Booking a class in advance via the website is a MUST; otherwise, you may be turned away due to the class being full.
