Welcome to Mackenzies Gym the home of MBA Amateur boxing. We offer a range of different fitness classes and non-contact and contact boxing sessions. We can help you set goals and create plans that will keep you on track. We aim for success and achievement in everything we do. Mackenzie’s Gym is open to every one of all ages, abilities and desires. With a team of passionate coaches and different levels of classes, we cater for all different needs. And our Wallisdown gym is equipped with everything you need for a focused and fuelled gym session. Class Timetable: Boxing Bootcamp: 6:15-7AM Monday, Wednesday, & Fridays Adults Amateur Boxing: 7-8PM Monday, Wednesday, & Fridays Women's Boxfit: 9:15-10:15 AM, 7-8PM Tuesday & Thursdays Pads & Abs: 6-7PM Tuesday & Thursdays Adult Boxing & Fitness (non-contact): Saturdays 11:15-12:15 AM Circuits with Lizzy: 6-7PM Mondays
