Empowered LS12 is a women-only health and fitness studio in Leeds (LS12). Their focus is on creating a safe and supportive space where women can build confidence, improve their relationship with food, and prioritise their overall well-being. They are a class-led studio and run a variety of sessions throughout the week, including their signature “Ladies That Lift” small group personal training programme.
