We The Conscious® is a breath-led multidisciplinary studio at Hackney Downs Studios, created for modern living. Thoughtfully designed for busy minds and overstimulated bodies, it’s where self-care and conscious living meet. Our sessions are designed to bring you back to the breath from down-regulating restorative breathwork sessions and transformative breathwork experiences to immersive sound baths. Aerial yoga, aerial pilates, floating hammocks, Qi Gong, mobility for desk-bound bodies, Mama & Baby sessions, and somatic movement.
