Meet Kerry! As a mom of 3 it was a real challenge finding time to get to the gym so when I found out that these classes existed, I was over the moon. I decided that I wanted to be that person stood at the front, motivating mamas and helping them to experience all the amazing benefits that exercise brings I’m very excited to be combining my love of teaching with my passion for fitness all whilst getting to know other mamas and their little ones and hopefully making some new friends on the way.
