Established in 2012, CrossFit North London (CFNL) is one of London's longest running CrossFit gyms and also the largest, boasting 3 epic training rooms over 2 floors and set away from the main road allowing all outdoor running to be done on our own private road. CFNL is also known as NLSC (North London Strength & Conditioning) and is an official HYROX training club offering 3 different duration HYROX classes, to help fully develop your 3 energy systems Our 30,45 and 75 minute classes are specifically designed to develop your fitness to a level you never thought possible and get you 100% ready for your HYROX race, but many come purely because they love the workouts! The classes are run by highly experienced coaches who will be on hand throughout the session to help you improve technique or just push you to get that final rep done!
