Welcome to Yoga with Miho. Located at St Mary's Church, 26 Hendon Lane, Finchley, N3 1TR. My yoga classes, in Finchley, offer a variety of modifications with a warm and relaxing environment, as well as ensuring that each student feels challenged. Most importantly, I would like all the students to have their own ‘me’ time during my yoga sessions. Vinyasa Yoga links breathing and body movements with a continuous and smooth flow. By controlling your breathing while doing the different flow of motions, you can increase your physical activity level and strengthen the core. This helps rejuvenate the body and calms the mind.
