Welcome to Midlands Yoga - Tamworth's Sanctuary for Yoga Lovers. Based in Tamworth approximately 5 minutes drive from the town centre and a 5 minutes drive from the M42 we are easy to get to. Tamworth's first HOT YOGA studio! Open 7 days a week, offering many types of yoga, and the list is growing. With classes to suit everyone, regardless of your ability or fitness level. We aim to be a sanctuary for yoga lovers and like minded people. Newbies are very welcome at the studio. We're a friendly bunch! Our 50 square metre studio is light and airy with a brick featured wall which is mirrored. Bamboo flooring too! The perfect, non slip floor for hot yoga. We have a comfortable reception for you to come and quieten your mind before your session. Our benches and reception desk are made out of upcycled pallets. Here you can pre-book your classes, buy water or coconut water, hire towels, buy a Mala necklace or braclet or just relax and sit and read one of our yoga mags!
